Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to work for a Logistics company based in Coalville

This is a long term assignment with the potential for permanent position based on your performance

The job:

Morning Shift - 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday

You will be doing a coordinator role which is quite a hands on and varied job - it will be dealing with their 3PL Intake/Outbound Clients

It will be based between the warehouse and main offices

Main Duties:
  • Team Management – this can be both full time employee's and seasonal temp staff
  • Intake and Order Management
  • Outbound Coordination & Dispatch
  • Responsible for Compliance and Documentation
  • Performance Tracking and Report

Hourly Rate: £13.21ph

About you:
  • Previous experience in either a coordinator or planner role is required.
  • Able to lead teams to give instructions and deal with any issues that arise.
  • Comfortable in dealing with customers - both on phone, via email and face to face when required.
  • Ensure planning of staff and targets is delivered and met.
  • Good computer skills to use Microsoft office and their internal system of which training will be provided.
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Able to work the shifts required and able to work Monday to Friday.
  • Attitude is important as there is always something to do so looking for someone who will look for things to do when quiet.
