Office based in Basildon, on site parking, full time, permanent role, 27k to 30k and with benefits.

Our client is looking for Warehouse Administrator located in Basildon. This dynamic and hands-on role is designed to support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and contracts logistics office. You\'ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient workflows while gaining valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operational tasks related to customer orders, receipts, and picking processes.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
  • Generate and analyse reports, including storage utilisation, units picked, and pallet efficiency.
  • Support the improvement of KPIs by implementing effective picking strategies.
  • Manage stock adjustments and ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment to prevent out-of-stock issues.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding returns, stock needs, and operational concerns.
  • Liaise with couriers, the Transport Team, and customers to meet delivery targets.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments in line with customer requirements.
  • Book in incoming stock and store items safely and accurately in designated locations.
