About the Hotel

Hotel du Vin offers relaxed, stylish townhouse hotels and delicious bistro dining at sensible prices. Beautiful bedrooms feature luxuries such as roll‑top baths, monsoon showers, fluffy bathrobes, and plentiful bathroom goodies. The wine theme is obvious throughout the hotels, with each bedroom sponsored by, and named after, an eminent wine company. The walls are hung with hundreds of prints, lithographs and other wine‑related memorabilia. In the bistros and bars, we serve classic dishes and drinks in comfortable surroundings, and offer an extensive, eclectic wine selection.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the face of the restaurant, helping to control the flow of guests, communicating with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience.

Shift Details

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.

Training & Development

We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside comprehensive brand training. We help you be "The Difference" between good and great guest experiences. We actively encourage internal development and progression into F&B Management roles.
