Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional service
• Serve Afternoon Tea and other food and beverage items with precision and care
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including seasonal offerings and special dietary options
• Ensure The Gallery is clean, organized, and beautifully presented at all times
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously
• Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with grace and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment
