Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests receive excellent service and enjoy their dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
• Follow all health & safety and hygiene standards
• Assist team members as needed in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
