  • Menu Excellence - Maintain expert knowledge of Turtle Bay's menu, confidently recommending dishes, cocktails, and rums while sharing stories and inspirations behind each creation.
  • Create Memorable Guest Experiences - Make genuine connections through personalised greetings, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gestures to ensure guests feel valued and want to return.
  • Deliver Exceptional Hospitality - Approach every interaction with a "yes to the guest" mindset; anticipate needs and go the extra mile with enthusiasm and attentiveness.
  • Quality and Caribbean Flair - Serve each dish and drink with pride and attention to detail, celebrating the Caribbean inspiration behind the menu.
  • Work Together as One Team - Collaborate with team-hosts, bartenders, and chefs to create a smooth, consistent guest experience; foster an inclusive and supportive culture.
