We are undergoing an exciting period of growth and organisational change, and we’re looking for aVP of Sales, Enterpriseto lead our commercial function across the UK and EMEA. Our platform focuses oncompliance automation, risk management, and financial regulation, enabling financial institutions to operate with greater transparency, efficiency, and control.

This is a confidential leadership search as part of a planned internal restructure. We’re seeking an inclusive, people-centred leader who can guide teams through change with clarity, empathy, and commercial excellence.

As our VP of Sales, you will shape our enterprise revenue strategy, develop high-performing sales teams, and partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership. You’ll help build a supportive culture where people can do their best work, feel valued, and contribute to a shared mission.

What the job involves
  • Lead enterprise revenue strategy across the UK and EMEA, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.
  • Support, coach, and develop AEs, BDRs, and CS colleagues in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Build scalable, accessible sales processes and GTM frameworks for complex Fintech/FS clients.
  • Lead strategic, multi-stakeholder negotiations with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with founders on pricing, product-market fit, competitive positioning, and market expansion.
  • Maintain high forecasting accuracy and implement strong pipeline governance.
  • Foster a psychologically safe, open culture where diverse voices and perspectives are encouraged.
