About Us

At AnswersNow, we are reimagining what ABA therapy can be—accessible, effective, and centered around outcomes. As a certified BCBA, you'll deliver direct virtual care to families through our proprietary platform built by clinicians, for clinicians.

We’re growing fast and are looking for BCBAs who are committed to quality care and equitable access. Whether full-time or part-time, you’ll play a key role in reshaping autism therapy—while working 100% from home! If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and join a team that's reshaping autism therapy, we’d love to hear from you!

About The Role

We’re hiring a VP of People to lead our transition from early stage to high growth. Reporting to the Co-Founder/CEO, you’ll own and manage our full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, compensation, engagement, and L&D).

This is a role for a hands‑on, strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of healthcare and technology. You’ll be responsible for aligning People strategy with business objectives, forecasting workforce needs in partnership with business development and clinical leadership, and ensuring that our culture remains strong and values‑aligned as we scale.

The Role
  • Define, implement, and execute onboarding, promotion, compensation, and performance management frameworks that drive a culture of impact, high performance, transparency, and competitiveness.
  • Lead Total Rewards: maintain competitive benefits, establish compensation benchmarks and pay bands, and run annual comp reviews tied to performance.
  • Ensure compliance across payroll, benefits, and employment practices.
  • Champion employee experience and culture: resolve issues, improve engagement, and act as a trusted partner to managers and teams.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design and leadership development to support the company's growth efforts.
Background/Experience
  • 10+ years building and scaling HR/People Ops in venture‑backed companies
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical services, or any organization with a dual workforce—e.g., clinicians, educators, field technicians, and corporate team
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and best practices
  • Experience designing and running onboarding processes, compensation philosophy, and performance management processes
  • Player‑coach mindset; blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, with a gift for building relationships, trust, and credibility across the organization
Our Benefits Include
  • Competitive compensation and equity
  • Generous PTO (and strong encouragement to use it!)
  • Remote‑first workplace with flexible scheduling
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • A team that deeply cares about outcomes for families and each other
