Job responsibilities

Salary: £19,972 for 22.5 hours per week (£31,956 (FTE))

Contract/Hours: Permanent, part time 3 days per week (flexibility on days)

Location: Flexible Office base at Sydenham, South London (with 1 day working from home)

Were looking for an enthusiastic and community-minded individual to inspire and support people to get involved in volunteering. You will need to be a good listener with the ability to quickly establish good relationships with various stakeholders. You will be an excellent communicator with a good understanding of volunteering best practice. Your enthusiasm for volunteering and attention to detail will help create engaging communications and updates, showcasing St Christophers as a great place to volunteer!

This position has the potential for you to grow and develop a variety of skills and in-depth knowledge of volunteer development and management. You will be working as part of a small and supportive team which sits within the People Directorate.

Person Specification
Qualifications
