A public sector organization in Wakefield seeks a motivated Visitor Experience Assistant to contribute to an engaging visitor experience at local museums. The position involves greeting visitors, answering queries, and maintaining presentation standards. This permanent role requires 25.75 hours of work per week, including weekends.
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join the Wakefield Museums & Castles team. As Visitor Experience Assistant you will provide a high quality and engaging visitor experience working creatively to tell our stories, encouraging visitors to return again.
This is a permanent contract working at Wakefield Museum and Pontefract Museum. Contract hours across the two sites are 25.75 hours per week. It is a set rota which will include weekend working.
