A successful accountancy firm is seeking a Bookkeeper / Virtual Finance Team Member to handle bookkeeping for multiple clients. Responsibilities include managing ledgers, preparing VAT returns, and ensuring compliance. Candidates should have good knowledge of accounting topics, familiarity with Xero, and strong communication skills. AAT qualification is desirable but trainees are welcome. This remote role offers opportunities for professional development.
This is a fully remote based position for an established and successful accountancy firm. The business has been experience ongoing success and is keen to add a further bookkeeper / virtual finance team member to their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in all aspects of bookkeeping, purchase and sales ledgers, CIS and VAT as well as management accounts and business advisory work.
As a Virtual finance team member / bookkeeper at Together We Count you will be responsible for taking care of the bookkeeping needs of multiple clients at once as delegated by your line manager. We offer varying Virtual Finance Office packages to our clients, and we understand that each client is unique in their needs.
These packages range from weekly to quarterly accounting and may include an accounts@ email address from which we manage all accountancy related correspondence, such as liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitoring and using this accounts email for each client will form part of your role as well as the below.
