Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a travel agency, TMC, or luxury concierge service.
• Expert in at least one major GDS (Galileo preferred but open to cross training).
• Strong understanding of premium airline products, frequent flyer programs, fare rules, and international routing principles.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage complex international and domestic itineraries in Business and First Class cabins.
• Deliver a high-touch, consultative service to VIP clients, understanding their preferences.
• Maximize value for clients through smart fare sourcing and consolidator fares.
