Overview

We are seeking a Videographer/Filmmaker to join our growing team. In this collaborative role, you will capture high-quality video content that documents both structured and spontaneous moments—from community events to interviews, workshops, and cultural storytelling. You’ll help shape the visual language of our projects, carrying warmth, authenticity, and cinematic quality through everything you create.

Location

London Area, United Kingdom (on-site + some hybrid opportunities).

Role and terms

This role begins as a collaborative, unpaid position, designed to grow into future paid opportunities, brand partnerships, and leadership roles as our funding expands. You’ll receive full credit, visibility across our platforms, and the chance to build a portfolio of meaningful, socially impactful media.

Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality video content for community events, interviews, workshops, and cultural storytelling.
  • Help shape the visual language and maintain warmth, authenticity, and cinematic quality across projects.
Qualifications
  • Strong video production and shooting skills
  • Proficiency in camera operation and handling
  • Experience with lighting setups
