As a Vice President Practice Manager, you'll be an experienced professional within the Wealth Management space. J.P. Morgan Personal Investing is seeking a dynamic VP Practice Manager to lead and inspire our Wealth Services team. This role is pivotal in optimising best practices across the team, providing structured training, development, and real-time coaching to ensure exceptional client service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Coaching: Lead by example with a strong track record of individual sales performance. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, enabling them to deliver complex and technical content in a simple, transparent manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Drive the team to increase client asset share while ensuring top-tier service and support.
  • Strategic Development: Analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate across teams and business areas to influence growth plans and proposition development.
  • Client Experience: Champion a culture focused on delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving positive customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Wealth Management Expertise: Significant experience in relationship management or business development within Wealth Management, with a proven ability to work with investment products and clients across various asset values in both managed and self-selected investments with excellent market knowledge.
  • Sales & Coaching Excellence: Demonstrable success in individual sales performance and coaching others to succeed. Ability to improve lead generation, close business, and conduct high-quality fact-finding conversations.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of retail financial products, markets, and regulatory expectations. RDR Compliant Level 4 qualification (PFS, CISI, CFA equivalent) is required.
  • Target Achievement: Proven ability to exceed new business and retention targets, manage client referrals, and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality and compliance teams to ensure documentation and CRM systems are current, maintaining service quality and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • RDR Compliant Level 6 Qualifications (CISI, CFA equivalent) are preferred.
