Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • An understanding of Supply Chain operations (warehousing, transport, value-added services).
  • Expertise in Quality, Customs, and Trade Compliance within Pharma or Food logistics.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior-level influence.
  • Experience in project/change management and strategic decision-making.
  • Certified Quality Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor) and demonstrable CPD.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UKI Quality & Customs Function.
  • Define and deliver strategic focus areas across Quality & Customs.
  • Support new business, renewals, and BAU governance.
  • Drive a culture of quality responsibility.
  • Ensure regulatory assurance across operations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and regulators.
  • Simplify service delivery through holistic OE support.

  • Lead the UKI Quality & Customs Function, building expert, motivated teams that enable growth and differentiate DHL Supply Chain.
  • Define and deliver strategic focus areas across Quality & Customs to support sustainable growth.
