Role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Technology Liaison Manager to join our Markets Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary interface between technology and a specific business/functional area for defined projects.
  • Advise internal or client business and technology groups on how to best address business issues, processes, and opportunities through technology.
  • Identify and gather business and system requirements, develop test strategies and plans, create project and process specifications, coordinate with assigned project teams, and ensure that final requirements have been met upon project conclusion.
  • Manage and provide direction to a team of business technology liaison staff supporting the technical needs of a business area, including coaching, performance management, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience and 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
  • Technical experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage initiatives analyzing complex business problems and providing system enhancements and recommendations.
  • Experience recruiting, directing, motivating, and developing staff to maximize individual and team contributions.
