Are you an experienced onboarding, vetting or screening professional with a passion for compliance, people leadership and continuous improvement?
We're looking for a Vetting & Onboarding Team Manager to lead the delivery of screening and vetting services within Serco's Vetting & Onboarding (VOB) function. This is a critical role ensuring that our people are screened efficiently, compliantly and consistently across the business supporting contracts that deliver essential public services.
Reporting to the VOB Operations Manager, you'll lead a team of Administrators and Specialists, act as a subject matter expert for vetting processes, and play a key role in shaping and improving how vetting and onboarding services are delivered.
