Connect to Work Team Leader

Job Title: Connect to Work Team Leader

Salary: Up to £46,000 (Dependent on experience)

Location: Brent (Hybrid/3 days community)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Programme: Connect to Work

• Recruiting a passionate and motivated Connect to Work Team Leader
• Oversee a small multidisciplinary clinical team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional occupational health and minor treatment services
• Coordinate line management of the members of the onsite clinical team
• Lead on service development of the clinical school‑based service alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead
• Ensure delivery of health (SEMH) needs and meeting the needs of EHCP plans with target‑led, group and individual clinical ways of working embedded into clinical practice

Lead Clinician

Job Title: Lead Clinician

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience + £3,000 Welcome Bonus

Location: Ashley Park, Surrey KT18 7LR

Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full‑time contract discussed)

• Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy
• Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
• Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
• Work collaboratively with a network of over 350 clinical colleagues with regular forums for peer reflection and practice development
