  • You will join the practice at a very exciting time as our new owner Dan helps us push forward while maintaining high standards of care for our local community.
  • This role offers opportunities to develop your skills and special interests with CPD and certificate support.
  • We welcome full‑time and part‑time candidates, allowing you to achieve the work‑life balance you are looking for.
  • Our clinical team is extremely experienced and supportive, helping all colleagues grow day‑to‑day.
  • Expect to expand your knowledge in every area of a GP role.
  • The practice has recently invested in equipment to provide the best care possible to clients.
  • There are no OOHs or Sundays; some Saturdays may be required.
  • Salaries are competitive and can go up to £80,000 depending on experience.

We are a genuinely friendly, inclusive, and supportive team that takes pride in a warm, professional atmosphere. Our clinical staff bring over 60 years of experience, and our nursing and front‑of‑house teams add another 20 years combined, ensuring excellent standards across all facets of practice.

We handle a wide variety of cases—from routine consults and surgeries to complex medical work‑ups and soft‑tissue procedures. Advanced imaging, including ultrasound, digital X‑ray, and dental X‑ray, gives you daily opportunities to engage in rewarding cases.

The practice is fast‑paced and busy, located on a well‑connected retail park with convenient access to shops and eateries. It's a short drive from Rawtenstall town centre and about 25 minutes to Manchester city centre.

Your wellbeing matters to us; we are open to part‑time or flexible working for the right candidate. Whether you need childcare, further study, or better balance, we are happy to discuss options.

We value diversity and encourage staff to be their best selves. If your values and behaviours would contribute uniquely to the team—even if your exact skills differ from what we list—we want to hear from you!
