A leading veterinary care organization in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to provide exceptional care to patients and clients. This role is full-time, with a focus on clinical excellence and team mentorship. The ideal candidate is RCVS registered and has experience in clinical leadership. Medivet Newcastle-under-Lyme practice has a very long-standing and friendly client base who appreciate the personal service we provide. The practice has a fully supportive team that enjoy lots of laughs and are dedicated to their clients and patients. We have a well-planned layout including a large reception area, two vet consulting rooms, a nurse consulting room, prep and theatre, digital x-ray and ultrasound, well equipped wards, and comprehensive lab facilities.
If you’re looking for progression and stability, we can support you with access to our inhouse clinical communities where we share learning on cases, best practices and you may meet a future mentor! We have 5 clinical opportunities including Medicine Community, Surgical Community, Diagnostic Imaging, Ophthalmology and Exotics.
We are offering this on a full time basis of 40 hours over days per week and a future weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00 - 14:00).
