Veterinary Receptionist - Hart Veterinary Centre, Bicester

Are you passionate about providing exceptional client care and supporting pets in need? We're looking for a friendly, organised, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Hart Veterinary Centre in Bicester.

About Us

Hart Vets is a well-established, purpose-built small animal hospital that's been caring for pets and their owners since 1993. As part of the IVC Evidensia group, we combine the stability and resources of a larger network with a welcoming, family feel. Our RCVS-accredited hospital is equipped with the latest technology to help our team deliver outstanding care and service.

Your Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients—offering reassurance, support, and a professional, caring experience at every step. No two days are the same, and your role will be key to keeping our hospital running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing phone and email enquiries efficiently
  • Booking appointments and procedures accurately
  • Processing payments and insurance claims
  • Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day coordination
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a veterinary or client service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
  • A calm, proactive approach and a genuine love of helping people and pets
Shift pattern

Part‑time, 20 hours per week, including 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
