Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high quality and reliable service to customers.

  • Provide cover for other service delivery roles as necessary.

  • Salary: £25,100 per annum

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

  • Location: Worthy Down

Your Role:

  • Provide a high quality and reliable service to the customer in accordance with SLA and KPI’s.

  • Preparation of vehicles so that they are presented to customers in a clean and serviceable condition.

  • To issue and receipt all vehicle types using the correct documentation. Ensure driven vehicles are refuelled after details. Close job requests after completion of detail including fuel and mileage records.

  • Carry out simple vehicle checks and record any defects and accident damage in accordance with company working procedures.

  • Maintain the cleanliness in and around the depot garage/vehicle preparation area.

  • Provide cover for other service delivery positions as and when necessary, including similar posts at other depots as required.

  • Assist with driven tasks when required commensurate with categories held on your driving licence.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: A good understanding and awareness of H&S to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation (IOSH working safely, First Aid).

  • Experience: Experience of planning, prioritising and organising tasks, and prior customer facing role is desirable.

  • Skills: A positive, proactive team player, who is driven and self-motivated.

  • Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required, D1 licence is desirable
