Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:
Provide a high quality and reliable service to the customer in accordance with SLA and KPI’s.
Preparation of vehicles so that they are presented to customers in a clean and serviceable condition.
To issue and receipt all vehicle types using the correct documentation. Ensure driven vehicles are refuelled after details. Close job requests after completion of detail including fuel and mileage records.
Carry out simple vehicle checks and record any defects and accident damage in accordance with company working procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness in and around the depot garage/vehicle preparation area.
Provide cover for other service delivery positions as and when necessary, including similar posts at other depots as required.
Assist with driven tasks when required commensurate with categories held on your driving licence.
Qualifications: A good understanding and awareness of H&S to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation (IOSH working safely, First Aid).
Experience: Experience of planning, prioritising and organising tasks, and prior customer facing role is desirable.
Skills: A positive, proactive team player, who is driven and self-motivated.
Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required, D1 licence is desirable
