Technician Vacancy - Telford - £45,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to work within their busy main dealership.

You must hold a level 3 qualification, applicants from both Main Dealer and Independent Workshops are welcomed, an MOT license is preferred but not essential for this position.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience but expect circa £45,000 OTE plus a host of additional incentives.

Manufacturer backed ongoing training through to Master Technician and development is offered with this role particularly on hybrid technology as to is the opportunity for progression within the business.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Refer to schematics when necessary to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
  • Perform heavy lifting as needed to handle vehicle components.
  • Utilize welding skills for fabrication and repair tasks.
