Our Client is a successful Main Car Dealership in Norwich looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician.

About the position

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills. You will join a friendly team and work with an exciting product. Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to high standards.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Occasionally speaking with customers to provide technical opinions.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
• Providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Keeping good housekeeping standards and organized administration of work.

Requirements

We expect our new Volkswagen Vehicle Technician to demonstrate skills such as:

• Aptitude for multi-tasking.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Quality awareness.
• Full driving license.

Salary and Hours

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am to 1pm.
