Overview

Vehicle Paint Sprayer – Basingstoke

Up to £47,000 OTE £65,000 (Base salary negotiable + Time saved bonus). Bonus banked weekly and paid monthly. Monday to Friday – 45 hours per week. Access up to 30% of your wages in advance every month. 29 days annual leave, rising with years of service, private Healthcare plan, progression available, expanding company. • Role: Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Painter

Responsibilities

• Paint repaired vehicles to a high standard using trusted systems like Glasurit, Spies Hecker, or PPG
• Work confidently with modern water-based paint systems
• Prepare vehicles for paint by hand or machine, ensuring surfaces are ready for a flawless finish
• Mix and match colours using traditional techniques and computerised technology for accuracy
• Apply primers and top coats using spray guns, rub down between coats for a smooth result
• Perform seamless blends for invisible repairs
• Handle full resprays, touch-ups, and final polish
• Remove masking materials and finish with wax and polish
• Apply rust-proofing treatments where required
• Work inside a dedicated spray booth to maintain quality and contain overspray

• Strong technical knowledge of car painting processes and repair methods
• An eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
• An ATA accreditation or Level 3 equivalent qualification is a plus
