Job Title: Vehicle Mechanic

Reporting to: Workshop Manager

Department: Mechanical

Location: Enfield

Are you a Vehicle Mechanic, with 3+ years’ experience? Are you a great problem solver? If so, this might be the right role for you!

We have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket’s in‑house mechanical team in Watford stocking 1,500+ used cars.

You will be working in our own state‑of‑the‑art workshop. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality 'First Time Fix'.

What will I be doing?

• Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
• Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation
• Ensure workspace and tools / equipment is maintained to a high standard

What do I need for this role?

• Your own tools
• 3+ years experience as a vehicle technician
• Understand and comply with health and safety standards
• A full and valid Driving Licence

It will be a bonus if you had :

• MOT Tester qualification
• NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+

The Package

• Pay ranges from £30k–£60k basic, with OTE up to £80k+
• Performance bonus

Working Hours : (two different shifts available)

Option 1: Monday to Friday, 3 : 00pm – 11 : 30pm (30 minute lunch) - Every other Saturday or Sunday

Option 2: Monday to Friday, 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm (30 minute break) - Every other Saturday or Sunday

Overtime available

Pay :

£30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
