Vehicle Damage Assessor Estimator – Location: Bolton
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 (DOE)

Your Role

• Assess and approve vehicle repair estimates (Audatex & in-house systems)
• Handle total loss settlements
• Support claims teams with technical expertise
• Monitor and improve repairer performance
• Ensure excellent customer service & manage expectations

What We Need

• Experience in Vehicle Damage Assessment or Automotive Engineering
• ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP (or working towards them)
• Knowledge of repair methods, valuations, & estimating
• Proficiency with Audatex & Glassmatix
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
