• Provide quotations on work to be carried out.
• Calculate time required to complete repairs.

Our client based in Motherwell requires a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)/Estimator to join their team.

The successful Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator will be working within a growing Automotive Accident and Repair Centre.

Benefits

• Covering the Motherwell area
• Basic salary up to £40,500.
• Achievable earnings of £49,000
• 40-hour working week.
• Monday - Saturday.
• Overtime available.

Duties

• Liaising with Bodyshop and Insurance companies
• Will be recording a list of damages that need to be repaired
• Providing quotations on work to be carried out
• Calculating the time required to complete the repairs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience working in an Accident and Repair Centre.
• Able to assess damage on a vehicle and provide a detailed estimate for the repair.
• Can provide all details that are required for warranty and insurance companies.
• Confident to order correct parts that are needed for individual jobs from various suppliers.
• Can communicate effectively with bodyshop staff.
• Able to keep authorised and non-authorised work updated.
• Can adhere to all health and safety regulations.

For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £40,500 and an OTE of £49,000.
