Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Manager to build and maintain successful commercial relationships and deliver world-class partnership activation support. The role involves creating innovative activation ideas for partners and ensuring maximum ROI and Return on Objective from their investment.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partner Management – Manage and lead core strategic partners; become the resident expert in your partners' sector, business, and products; stay informed about industry trends; support partner onboarding; maintain proactive yearly planning to deliver contractual rights with forward-thinking approaches.
  • Campaign and Activation Delivery – Deliver innovative activation ideas that go beyond traditional sponsorship; manage partners\' campaigns with copy and media assets; ensure brand consistency across all partner marketing activities; monitor campaign performance and prepare reviews and research with recommendations.
  • Leadership and Team Management – Lead a core team (Partner Manager and Partner Executive); foster collaboration and creativity in partner management and campaign delivery; support the team in generating additional commercial revenue through events, projects, and hospitality programs; inspire the team to excel.
  • Commercial Growth and Performance Monitoring – Generate additional revenue through partner events and hospitality programs; monitor campaigns and provide analysis and recommendations; ensure campaigns align with brand and partner objectives; evaluate new opportunities aligned with commercial goals.

Experience

Requirements include extensive experience in Sports Marketing, Technology, Automotive, Partnership Management, Agency, or similar client-facing roles; experience with global brands; creative mindset; ability to handle deadlines and pressure; team player; willingness to travel; high attention to detail; excellent organizational skills; fluent in English and at least one other language; availability to travel extensively.
