This team, known for its proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, advises on VAT for financial investor clients, including high-value private equity and real estate transactions in the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end VAT advice for clients and their investee businesses.
  • Advise on VAT recovery positions, fund structures, and compliance issues.
  • Review contracts and advise on UK VAT issues.
  • Manage client engagements and develop team members.

  • Develop new market opportunities and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
