A recruitment agency is seeking several dedicated multi-drop van drivers in Greater London to operate a van and deliver high-value goods. The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driving license, strong communication skills, and preferably, multi-drop experience. This full-time position offers shifts from Monday to Friday, focusing on safe and efficient delivery, with a pay rate of £13.31 per hour PAYE.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-drop deliveries is preferable.
• Must have no more than 6 points on their license due to minor offences.

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Newcastle area. We are looking for several dedicated multi-drop van drivers to join the team.

Job Details

• Shifts: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am starts (45 hours a week)
• Pay Rate: £13.31 per hour PAYE
• Location: Unit 1, Trefoil Way, Preston, PR2 5PH
• Job Type: Temp to Perm
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: In person

The role

Safely and efficiently operate a company van to deliver high value goods (parcels)

Positively?representing?the brand,?maintaining?a clean vehicle and being a courteous?driver

Safe loading and unloading of parcels on to a van

Delivery of products,?goods?and parcels safely and efficiently to?designated?locations within set?timeframes

Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorisation,?if necessary and deliver?high standards?of customer?care

Properly use?and?maintain?delivery equipment, including handheld scanner, to deliver up to 100 shipments per?day

Requirements

• A valid UK driver's license
• Multi- drop experience (preferable)
• Have no more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
