About the role

You will have a key role in delivering Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security purposes on commercial, residential (owner occupied and investment) as well development schemes. You will have the opportunity to contribute to larger portfolio valuations and benefit from the shared knowledge of specialists across the UK.

This opportunity would suit someone who is a MRICS Chartered Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer to carry out Red-Book valuations including those for secured loan purposes acting for High Street banks as well as National Clients. We provide valuation advice on a national basis on specialist properties, including trade related as well as the leisure and care sectors.

Level: Senior Surveyor, Associate or Senior Associate.

Location: West Midlands metropolitan county and wider West Midlands region including the border counties of Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire. Our office covering the West Midlands is based in Birmingham City Centre.

Work Pattern: Hybrid, permanent, full-time but we are happy to consider flexible working approaches for this role. This is a field-based role.

Team: National Valuation Team, Red-Book Valuations. You will be joining a National Team that covers England, Wales and Scotland.
