A leading tech organization in the UK seeks an experienced UX Content Lead. This role involves driving user-centered content strategy, overseeing content creation, and collaborating with product and support teams. Reports to: Head of Product
Location: Remote (with occasional travel required)
Salary: Circa £55k per annum d.o.e
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

An experienced UX Content Lead who combines strong strategic thinking with a genuinely hands‑on approach. You are comfortable owning content end‑to‑end, from shaping direction and priorities through to writing, editing and maintaining content yourself. You bring depth of experience and are motivated by ownership, taking responsibility for shaping, creating and improving content with a strong focus on craft, quality and user impact.
You enjoy working closely with product, coaching and support colleagues, translating insight into clear, inclusive, person‑centred content that helps users take meaningful action.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product you’ll lead on Brain in Hand’s UX and coaching‑related digital content strategy and its day‑to‑day delivery. This is a senior individual contributor role: you will think strategically about how content supports user outcomes and the product roadmap, while remaining closely involved in the hands‑on creation, maintenance and improvement of content.
You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, taking responsibility for prioritising, delivering and improving content with minimal day‑to‑day direction, while staying closely aligned with product, coaching and support colleagues.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our in‑app content, solution guidance and help centre materials are clear, consistent, evidence‑based and genuinely useful for users, enabling greater independence and engagement outside of coaching sessions.

We trust our teams to work remotely, from anywhere in the UK. That said, the Product team meet every couple of months to collaborate and support one another so you’ll need to be willing to travel. There might be times when you’ll need to travel to other UK locations for meetings or events but these will be planned ahead of time.
