Overview

V7 are working with a close client who due to exponential growth are now looking for Project Managers to join the team. The business have grown significantly and are on a hugely exciting trajectory, making it a fantastic time to join. On offer is a salary of up to £75,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Promote collaboration between project teams and stakeholders, building strong and effective working relationships.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor and report on programme activities, ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, gathering data, delivering analysis and resolving issues.
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend options, delivering outputs as required to ensure successful client delivery, including addressing emerging issues.
  • Work with SMEs and project teams to ensure outputs are aligned with project objectives, regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in relation to Streetworks.
  • Confirm clarity of project outcomes, milestones and deliverables, and drive successful delivery against them.
  • Develop innovative, robust and insight-led solutions to improve delivery and outcomes.
Candidate specification
  • Able to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Creative and analytical in problem solving, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Able to establish effective working relationships and contribute in a team environment.
  • Dependable and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including client and stakeholder engagement.
