They require adults who can follow established systems, maintain clear expectations, and contribute positively to a focused and purposeful classroom environment. Whether your background is in education, childcare, care, youth services, customer service, security, administration, retail, hospitality, logistics, the armed forces, or another people-focused industry, your transferable skills are valued.

You will work alongside teaching staff to support learning, encourage engagement, and help maintain consistency within the classroom.

Driving requirement: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. The role involves travelling independently between schools, sometimes at short notice, so flexibility and reliability are required.
