Aspire is recruiting for an enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the M40 area of Manchester. This role is perfect for individuals with hands‑on school experience who are eager to continue supporting children's learning without needing a formal TA qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
  • Work with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, helping them access the curriculum.
  • Assist with phonics, reading, writing and numeracy activities.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning experiences.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive learning environment.
