Overview

Unilever Future Leadership Programme - Supply Chain UK is a 36-month rotational leadership development programme designed to grow you into a manager through hands-on learning, live projects and rotations across the organization. From Day 1 you will take on real business challenges within your function and across the organization, develop core professional and leadership skills, and build a robust support network.

What do we look for? For Supply Chain, applicants should have qualifications in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), other science-based degrees (BSc) and Supply Chain related disciplines such as Supply Chain Management and Logistics. You will need strong analytical skills, be a proven team player, be geographically mobile and able to think both quickly and strategically to influence our future supply chain.

Supply Chain Management covers the whole process from sustainably sourcing raw materials to delivering a high-quality product at an affordable cost. This function is central to realising our vision of a sustainable future.

What could your day-to-day role include

Depending on your role, you may transform operations in large facilities or design how to use big data and technology to optimise the flow of products sustainably to customers. You will face new challenges and gain rapid, hands-on experience with opportunities to make a local and global impact.

Our application process involves

  2. Step 2: Profile Assessment - Complete two stages: a portrait personality test and an online assessment, with personalised feedback after each stage.

  4. Step 4: Discovery Centre - A day in the life of a Future Leader featuring project meetings, business challenges, a team meeting with Unilever colleagues, and an interview.

Location and travel

3-year programme with rotations across the UK (3 to 12 months each). Applicants must be geographically mobile. Travel is approximately 10–25% of time, depending on rotation.

Discovery Centre Week commencing 1 December 2025 at our Port Sunlight office.
