📍 City of London | 🏢 3–4 days in the office

💷 £60,000 – £100,000 + 15–20% target bonus (DOE)

A great opportunity to join a Global Markets (Non-US) division within a leading City-based insurer. We’re looking for someone with a couple of years’ Med Mal underwriting experience , and we’re also open to strong Assistant Underwriters ready to take the next step.

🔍 The Role
  • Underwrite a broad range of Medical Malpractice risks across the UK & Europe
  • Develop and support the delegated authority portfolio
  • Build and manage broker & coverholder relationships
  • Review new / renewal business, set pricing, terms, and endorsements
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to market strategy
  • Ensure underwriting accuracy, documentation quality, and service standards
