Oversight & Strategic Input

Maintain oversight of Defence Digital project teams and provide meaningful input from the Top-Level Budget (TLB). Act as the cohering function to support the rollout of new IT capabilities, including but not limited to:

• iPads, iPhones, Laptops
• MODNET(S) and MODNET(O)
• Mid-life refresh programmes
• ROSA
• Software licences
• Data migration

Communication & Coordination

Serve as the authoritative point of contact to ensure effective communication between HLBs and Project Teams. Facilitate all TLB-related requirements and contributions.

Digital Leadership

Act as the TLB lead for all digital activities (hardware and software), serving as the primary interface between end users and project teams.
