Job description

We are looking for experienced UK Immigration professionals to join our client's team in North West London.

Immigration Management:
  • Handling Points Based System casework including GBM Senior or Specialist / Expansion / Secondment and Skilled Worker categories, as well as Innovator / Founder, Global Talent & High Potential Individuals
  • Managing compliance and sponsor duties such as licence applications, SMS reporting, and client audits
  • Providing strategic advice and conducting right to work checks
  • Completing legal forms, drafting representation letters, and liaising with clients via email, meetings, and telephone
  • Assisting with individual immigration inquiries within the rules, including Family & Private Life cases, UK Ancestry, Visitors, ILR, and British nationality
Business Development:
  • Presenting at seminars and HR forums
  • Attending networking events and expanding the contact database
  • Contacting potential and current clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and promote services
Skills:
  • Good planning, organization skills, and workload management
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively for decision-making
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
