• Proven Underwriting experience with a demonstrable track record.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge and experience of D&O Insurance.
• Proven analytical, negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain broker contacts.
• Ability to develop and understand business processes.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite business within the agreed business plan.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial exposure within outlined limits.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
• Review submissions and conduct appropriate risk assessments.
• Calculate appropriate risk premium for sectors.
• Process necessary changes to existing policies.
