Private Personal Assistant – UHNW Individual | Devon
Live-out | Full-time | Flexible Hours | Travel & Diary Management Focus

An exclusive opportunity for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support a UHNW individual in Devon. This live-out role is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in luxury travel coordination, complex diary management, and private household support. The position requires flexibility, discretion, and a proactive mindset to manage a busy, international schedule. You need to already be based in Devon or be able to move at short notice (4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities
  • Full oversight of the Principal’s calendar, including personal appointments, meetings, and seasonal planning
  • End-to-end travel management: private jets, commercial flights, chauffeurs, accommodation, and itinerary preparation
  • Coordination of international travel logistics, including visas, documentation, and contingency planning
  • Acting as gatekeeper and liaison with household staff, service providers, and external contacts
  • Preparing detailed travel packs and maintaining accurate records of movements and preferences
  • Managing last-minute changes with efficiency and discretion
  • Supporting lifestyle logistics, gifting, and occasional private events
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to UHNW individuals or senior Executives in a private capacity.
  • Expertise in luxury travel planning and high-level diary management
  • Strong communication skills and confident liaising with a large team
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in calendar systems, secure messaging platforms, and travel booking tools
  • Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and highly organised
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends when required ( but not too often)
  • Comfortable working in a rural setting and able to travel occasionally
