The Opportunity

We are seeking an entrepreneurial professional to establish and grow Chartwell’s presence in the UAE. This is not just a role — it’s a chance to build an arm of the business within an internationally recognised brand.

As our UAE Speaker & Talent Agent, you’ll enjoy the independence to shape and lead your own office, while leveraging the expertise, systems, and reputation of a global bureau. Location: UAE (remote / private office)

Contract: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based commission (OTE)

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead Chartwell’s UAE business development strategy
  • Identify, secure, and manage high-value speaking engagements and appearances
  • Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and agencies across the Middle East
  • Represent and promote internationally renowned speakers to regional and global audiences
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal through to contracts and delivery
Who We’re Looking For
  • A proven dealmaker with success in speaker bureaus, talent agencies, or premium event sales
  • A strong existing UAE and GCC network across corporate, media, or event sectors
  • A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to operate independently
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic an advantage)
  • A mindset focused on growth, performance, and impact
