Chief Executive Officer: Mr S French | Required: As Soon As Possible | Position: Trust Administration Assistant | Level: 4 | Hours: 37 per week | Salary: £25,185 to £26,403 per year

Position Overview

The Alpha Academies Trust (AAT) is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Administration Assistant who will work across multiple sites within the Trust. The role requires a calm, flexible attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Trust’s central team.
  • Administer First Aid as required; training will be provided.
  • Maintain accurate spoken English communication with staff, students and members of the public.
  • Perform tasks using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Deal with Arbour system and related customer service duties.
Qualifications
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
