Overview

Hartshorne Group — Area Sales Manager - Truck Sales, Alfreton. Based at the Alfreton depot and covering the Derbyshire area. As a leading truck brand, the successful candidate should be professional in guiding customers through their truck purchase and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through their truck purchase with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service at every step.
  • Develop new contacts to broaden the customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Be highly organised, work on own initiative, prospect for new business, and arrange appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members; maintain resilience and determination in pursuing targets.
Requirements
  • Ideally have industry-based and/or commercial vehicle sales experience; full training will be provided.
  • Highly motivated, creative thinker with a desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation.
  • Clean driving licence.
