Join a collaborative and globally integrated Finance Risk and Assurance team, dedicated to overseeing risk management and assurance responsibilities within Morgan Stanley's Finance division. Our team plays a crucial role in driving initiatives such as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Operational Risk Governance, comprehensive reporting and metrics, Business Continuity Planning, Information Security, Third Party Risk, and Fraud Risk. As a member of our team, you'll gain broad exposure to key risk processes, working closely with experts to develop practical skills and contribute to a culture of excellence in Finance.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our supportive and high-performing team, you'll:

  • Help prepare risk reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Support Finance in delivering key risk activities like Risk & Control Self Assessment, Business Continuity, Compliance, and Information Security.
  • Monitor risk incidents and controls, and assist in identifying trends and solutions.
  • Contribute ideas to improve how we manage risk across Finance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on exciting risk-related projects.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has an understanding of risk and Finance processes (we'll help you grow!).
  • Is curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Communicates clearly and works well with others.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling tasks.
  • Knows their way around Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with tools like Power BI or Alteryx is a bonus.
