Job Description
- Design and sell bespoke travel packages tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations and itineraries.
- Handle client queries and ensure a smooth booking process from start to finish.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and offerings in the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Travel Sales Consultant should have:
- Proven experience in a sales-driven role within the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and related software.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
