An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious UHNW family office based in the West London, supporting a family with highly bespoke, global travel requirements.

This is a standalone Travel Coordinator role offering significant autonomy, trust, and flexibility. The position can be based anywhere globally and is open to fully remote working.

Key Responsibilities

Flight & Aviation Management

  • Coordinating private aviation, including chartered flights and private jets
  • Managing commercial flights where appropriate, optimising routes and flexibility
  • Handling last-minute changes, re-routing, and urgent requests seamlessly
  • Booking travel with credit card points wherever possible

End-to-End Travel Coordination

  • Arranging hotels, villas, transfers, chauffeurs, and security where required
  • Managing visas, travel documentation, and special requests

Stakeholder Support

  • Supporting travel for the four family members, and occasionally staff or guests
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all travel-related queries
  • Liaising with aviation providers, luxury hotels, agents, and concierge services

Problem Solving & Discretion

  • Anticipating issues before they arise and resolving them calmly and discreetly
  • Maintaining absolute confidentiality at all times

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a private, high-trust environment and has experience supporting UHNW individuals.
