Contract Claims Handlers – Travel Insurance

We are recruiting a team of 10 experienced Travel Claims Handlers to support a leading insurance provider on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with travel insurance claims experience to join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract length: 6 months
  • Day rate: £180 per day (Inside IR35, via umbrella company)
  • Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in either London or Horsham office
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling travel insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring each case is managed with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Concluding around 15 claims per day, balancing quality outcomes with daily performance targets.
  • Engaging with customers in a personable, customer-centric way – having real conversations, not scripts.
  • Accurately recording all claim details and ensuring compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements.
