Overview

Axcis Education are working with a fantastic independent special school who are seeking a full-time Trauma & Wellbeing Coach to join their team. This is a full time role, working 8:30-16:00. Rate of pay varies from £95-£110 a day, depending on previous experience and qualifications. This is a permanent position starting in January 2026. This school caters for students aged 8–16 with SEMH, ADHD and complex needs. With a recent site expansion, the school offers excellent facilities and a nurturing environment where students can thrive. Their curriculum is broad, creative, and designed to ignite passions and build confidence, helping young people prepare for adulthood and future employment.

  • Working closely with staff to create a supportive learning environment
What we’re looking for
  • Experience supporting young people with SEMH, ADHD, or other SEND needs
  • Resilient, compassionate and patient individuals
  • A driver with access to a car (ideal but not essential)
